Recently, there are many headlines noting that the residential housing market is "cooling off". What we are now seeing in part is the fact that pent up demand from the previous shut down may have worked its way through the market. Therefore, we cannot make a relative comparison to a heightened period in the market to now and use words such as "market slowdown".
