Our online ordering portal is designed to create efficiencies and enhance the experience of our clients. Clients may log into this portal 24/7 and submit new appraisal requests. The first step is for you to create a user account. This involves your basic contact information and a username/password to log in and place orders. Once you have created your new account and are logged in simply click on the"New Request" button located towards the top/right area of the web page. Once the appraisal request is in our system we review the order details and contact you should we need further clarification or confirmation of details. The order is than assigned to an appraiser in our office. One of the most useful features of this portal is that you will automatically receive status updates sent to your email on the progression of your file. You will always be in the loop as to where your request is in the pipeline right up to the point of receiving the report. Reports are emailed directly to you upon final review by the supervisory/review appraiser.
