  • Our online ordering portal is designed to create efficiencies and enhance the experience of our clients.  Clients may log into this portal 24/7 and submit new appraisal requests.  The first step is for you to create a user account.  This involves your basic contact information and a username/password to log in and place orders.  Once you have created your new account and are logged in simply click on the"New Request" button located towards the top/right area of the web page.  Once the appraisal request is in our system we review the order details and contact you should we need further clarification or confirmation of details.  The order is than assigned to an appraiser in our office.  One of the most useful features of this portal is that you will automatically receive status updates sent to your email on the progression of your file.  You will always be in the loop as to where your request is in the pipeline right up to the point of receiving the report.  Reports are emailed directly to you upon completion by the supervisory/review appraiser.    

  • Of note is the fact that this online ordering system is most conducive for routine or smaller scale files that do not require significant up front discussion - i.e. residential valuations or small commercial.  Complex or otherwise more involved valuation or consultancy matters are initially best handled with an upfront discussion over the phone.  If you are unsure on how to proceed it would be advisable for us to at least have the order in our system with basic information.  At that point the request is considered an inquiry.  We will than reach out to you to discuss further.  Following our conversation you may than decide whether you would like us to proceed or cancel the inquiry.  We may be reached during business hours at 1-888-TO-APPRAISETM, locally 416-322-7888, or info@recg.ca

  

  • Geographical coverage varies depending on the scale and size of the file.  Commercial portfolio valuations and consultancy's are covered country-wide.  Medium to smaller scale commercial valuations are completed from Sudbury in the north, to Toronto in the south, Windsor in the west and Cobourg in the east.  Residential valuations are performed within the Greater Toronto Area boundary - up to Newmarket in the north, Toronto in the south, Hamilton/Burlington in the west, and Oshawa in the east.  Upon request, we have traveled beyond the listed service areas at additional cost.     

  • Payment arrangements vary from entirely in advance for smaller scale requests to percentage or on-going retainers on larger scale files.  Once an order has been confirmed the payment options are as follows - credit card, cash via e-transfer, or wired funds.  For credit card payments we will send the payer a payment link once the order details are reviewed and confirmed.  For cash via e-money please remit payment to accounting@recg.ca with a separate email providing the chosen password allowing us to accept the funds.  For wired transactions please contact our office.   

  • Now you are ready to create a new user account and begin placing orders with us - Place an Order.  As indicated earlier, once logged into your newly created account please click on the "New Request" button located towards the top/right area of the page and simply follow the intuitive prompts.  If you are from the secured lending sector and would like to confirm which financial institutions we are listed with please refer to the Our Clients page.  Our turn-a-round times are competitive but depend on the type of file being worked on in addition to office workload at time of request.  In rush or urgent situations we will endeavour to accommodate you however rush fee's may apply.  We hope our service meets your expectations and look forward to forging a long-term business relationship.  If you have not already done so, please see our Client Testimonials from past clients' experiences.
