LARGE NEW DEVELOPMENT IMPACT:

A new development plan is in the works for Scarborough. The scale of this development alone will add much needed housing to the area. In line with this, there are plans to integrate into the public transit system. It will be interesting to see how the enhanced public transit impacts existing housing stock value in that area.
