CREATING VALUE - Re-Positioning to New Use(s)

A long awaited development plan reveals itself in Toronto. Cloverdale Mall was originally built in the 1950's and was ripe for a re-positioning. Value would be positively influenced if transit is bolstered in line with the new development. #recg #repositioning #commercialrealestate #commercialvaluations
