What areas or locations do we cover? 

Generally speaking, the larger or more complex the file the greater the geographical coverage area we can offer.  A client with a portfolio valuation spanning throughout several provinces will be well served.  Similarly, a large investment grade property valuation outside of the province falls under our geographical coverage.  Medium to small-scale single commercial property valuations are covered within the province of Ontario. 

Single family residential valuation territory is within the Greater Toronto Region.  As far east as Oshawa, as far west to Oakville, as far north to Newmarket, right down to City of Toronto.  We will travel to areas outside of the GTA for single family residential files however there would be additional charge.
